Synopsis
A Go-Go 67 produced in 1967 is a musical melodrama featuring the popular “a go go” era.

The film tells a story of a pair of young singers, Johari and Fauziah who are passionate about the Beatles-influenced music movement. Fauziah works at a shop, while Johari labours in a stable.

During the night, their time are dedicated to practicing with their band. However, Fauziah needs to keep this a secret from her father who objects to the loud music.

An opportunity came along as the pair saw a poster on a talent showcase that might just be a big break for them. Unfortunately, this is the time that Fauziah’s father forbid her from participating in any musical activities. Providing complication is Salbiah, another young singer who has her eye on Johari. She refuses to stand in for Fauziah out of jealousy. In the end, defying her father’s order, Fauziah joined Johari in the band competition in desperation.

Out of anger, Fauziah’s father planned to get her married off to a young lad from Malacca. Will Fauziah accept the marriage proposal, and will Johari accept Salbiah as his new significant other?
