Cafe. Waiting. Love <等一个人咖啡> is the followup to Giddens Ko’s 九把刀 2011 box office hit You Are The Apple of
My Eye <那些年，我们一起追的女孩> and the second installment of his love trilogy.

The romance-comedy, Cafe. Waiting. Love. is produced by the same team behind ‘You Are the Apple of My Eye’. In the director’s seat is Chiang Chin-lin, who was also the associate director for ‘You Are the Apple of My Eye’, as well as producer Angie Chai, known for producing hit TV show Meteor Garden.
The movie stars Megan Lai, Hong Kong diva Vivian Chow and fresh faces Vivian Sung and Bruce.

The movie already looks set to overtake its predecessor in box office takings. First sneaks of the movie in Taiwan and Hong Kong sold out within minutes, and its opening day earned 16 million NT dollars (0.665 million SGD) – the highest grossing Chinese movie on day one in Taiwan for the past two years. On its opening weekend, the film raked in NTD $71.5 million (2.97 million SGD), beating Hollywood blockbusters The Expendables 3 & Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
