Come next July, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson have a serious task ahead of them: separating themselves from their Harry Potter roles. Over the past nine years we've watched them grow up on screen as Harry, Ron and Hermione, respectively, and with the series about to come to a close they're going to need to identify themselves beyond those characters.
But while Radcliffe and Grint have both taken live-action film roles outside of the Potter movies, the same can't be said for Watson, whose only outside film role was the voice of Princess Pea in The Tale of Despereaux. Come next year, however, that will all change when she appears in My Week With Marilyn and we now have the first photo of her from the film.
Posted by The Daily Mail, the shot sees Watson in character as Lucy in the upcoming Simon Curtis film. Centered around the production of The Prince and the Showgirl in 1957, the movie is about the relationship between Sir Laurence Olivier(Kenneth Branagh) and Monroe (Michelle Williams), through the eyes of Oliver's assistant, Colin Clark (Eddie Redmayne).
