It was announced last year that Australian actress Margot Robbie will be playing US figure skater Tonya Harding in the new biopic ‘I, Tonya’.
Filming for the movie is currently ongoing, with reports of Robbie bearing a striking resemblance to the ex-Olympian.
The film follows the story about champion figure skater Tonya Harding in her infamous scandal in 1994 where her main competition at the Olympics, Nancy Kerrigan, was attacked by a man hired by Harding’s husband, Jeff Gillooly (played by Sebastian Stan), to break her leg at the U.S. national championships.
Sporting a frizzy blonde wig with a high-waisted ‘90s jeans and a sky blue sweater, the Suicide Squad star is seen to be wearing a body suit, with some face prosthetics to add to the authenticity of the former ice princess that fell from grace.

The film isn’t slated for release until 2018.
