Royston Tan's 'Old Friends' to be Launched on DVD this July

Following 'Old Places' and 'Old Romances', the last installment in Royston Tan's documentary trilogy on Singapore heritage - 'Old Friends' - will be released on DVD this July. Directed by Royston Tan, Alvin Lee, Boi Kwong and Debe Hoo, the film highlights the connection between Singaporeans and their favourite local dishes at hawker centres and restaurants.

The launch will include a special screening of the film as well as a Q&A session with the film's directors. There will also be a reception after the screening, featuring some of the food that appear in the film.

All three DVDs including 'Old Places' and 'Old Romances' will be available for purchase at the launch at a special price of $20 each (usual price $23).
