Kingsman: The Golden Circle tops Singapore box office

Spy comedy Kingsman: The Golden Circle tops local box office sales over the weekend.
 
Starring Colin Firth, Channing Tatum, Julianne Moore, Mark Stong, Halle Berry and Elton John, the movie raked in SGD $1.95 million in its debute weekend, making it the No. 1 in Singapore. This also makes Kingsman: The Golden Circle the Industry & FOX All-time Highest Opening Weekend for a NC16 film in Singapore.
 
The sequel to Kingsman: The Secret Service, The Golden Circle see the surviving members, Eggsy and Merlin join forces with American secret organization, Statesman as they take on a new terror organization.

KINGSMAN: THE GOLDEN CIRCLE opens in cinemas on 21 September, with sneaks on 20 September.
