'The King: Eternal Monarch' See An All-Time Low In Rating

When “The King: Eternal Monarch” first premiered in Korea, it had a strong start, with viewership over 10%. After airing for six weeks, the series has dipped to the lowest rating to date. According to Nielsen Korea, the May 22 broadcast of “The King: Eternal Monarch” scored an average nationwide rating of 5.2 percent and 6.6 percent in contrast to the average nationwide ratings of 10.1 percent and 11.4 percent in the first week of broadcast. 



On May 23, “The King: Eternal Monarch” enjoyed a boost in its viewership ratings that it needed! During the latest episode of the fantasy romance drama, it scored an average nationwide rating of 6.1 percent and 8.1 percent, which is a decent increase in viewership from the previous episode.
