Jared and Genevieve Padalecki found love on the set of Supernatural many moons ago when the latter guest starred as a demon in the series where the former plays Sam Winchester, one half of the lead duo of demon hunters.

Now, a decade after their first on-screen experience, the real-life off-screen couple will be reunited on-screen once again! Genevieve will join her husband in his new series, The CW's Walker.

The reboot of the long-running CBS series Walker, Texas Ranger stars Jared Padalecki as Cordell Walker, a widower and father of two. Genevieve will play his late wife, Emily, in flashbacks. Emily is described by the network as a “strong, capable and generous” person, who is dedicated to “helping the disenfranchised.” She is a “grounded and authentic hero in the Walker family.”

This will be Jared’s first role after the long-running series Supernatural comes to an end with its 15th and final season this October while Genevieve's most recent acting credit was in the 2012 drama film Hated.
