Michaela Coel joins the cast of Marvel Studios' Black Panther sequel!

Michaela Coel has joined the ensemble cast of Marvel Studios' Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, sequel to the hit superhero film Marvel Studios' Black Panther!
It is unknown which character she'll play as details are kept under wraps but it was reported that the actress joined director Ryan Coogler at Atlanta’s Pinewood Studios, where production on the film began last month.
Coel rose to Hollywood fame back in 2020 with her critically acclaimed HBO series I May Destroy You. She received four Emmy nominations for her role in writing, directing, producing and starring in the show as a popular writer processing rape trauma in contemporary London.
Other credits include the Netflix series Black Mirror and Chewing Gum, with feature films such as Been So Long and Star Wars: The Last Jedi under her belt.
