An exclusive partnership between Paramount Global and YouTube brings you the world premiere event of the Paramount Pictures theatrical release, Top Gun: Maverick!
Ahead of its now set-in-stone May 25th release date, the long-awaited sequel to the classic action film has garnered immense anticipation all over social media. With the producers and casts insisting that audiences must catch this film on the big screen, it only further proves that this perfect blockbuster is worth every bit of the 36 years-long wait since the release of the original Top Gun.
The Top Gun Livestream, a production of MTV News and Velocity, will see MTV News correspondents Josh Horowitz, Dometi Pongo and Simone Boyce hosting it. With cast members Tom Cruise, Miles Teller, Jennifer Connelly, Jon Hamm, Glen Powell and Lewis Pullman attending, as are director Joe Kosinski and producer Jerry Bruckheimer, fans around the globe can expect real-time, exclusive content and red-carpet moments from the film’s San Diego screening.
Using technology to give fans an at-home experience that’s better than being there in person, this will be one of the few times Cruise will speak to the media for the promotion of Top Gun: Maverick.
