Celebrate Hollywood’s most prestigious event as Golden Village brings the OSCARS® to the big screen for the third year running. Building on previous years’ successes, the two leaders in the Singapore entertainment industry, Golden Village (GV) and FOX International Channels (FIC), will collaborate once again to bring movie fans the live screening of the 84th ACADEMY AWARDS® via exclusive direct telecast on FOX Movies Premium on 27 February 2012, 8:30AM at GV Grand.
This will come as no surprise as Golden Village, synonymous with hosting film festivals and live shows, pairs up with Asia’s leading movie channel, FOX Movies Premium to celebrate the best in movie-making. Movie buffs will be able to witness the ceremony on the big screen when talents behind Hollywood’s amazing film productions are crowned at the 84th ACADEMY AWARDS® at GV Grand, the anchoring cinema partner for the OSCARS® since 2010.

This exclusive event is open to trade partners, industry players and Golden Village Movie Club members by invitation only. Invited guests will be treated to an American-style breakfast buffet spread, topped by Moët & Chandon champagne. However, die-hard fans will also have the opportunity to participate through a polling contest on Golden Village’s website from now till 19 February 2012 to win an exclusive invitation for two.
