ScreenSingapore to be held on 4-7 December at Marina Bay Sands!

The second ScreenSingapore will be held on 4 to 7 December at Marina Bay Sands! Bringing together the brightest minds and biggest names in filmed entertainment, ScreenSingapore creates multiple platforms to be seen, be heard, and be electrified.

Held in conjunction with Asia TV Forum & Market (ATF), ScreenSingapore & AFT presents compelling trading possibilities through a seamless Film & TV market, conferences, networking opportunities, and gala film premieres.

Last year's ScreenSingapore, we saw a China-Singapore Collaboration between Zonbo Media and Homerun Asia where both companies agreed to invest RMB 400-500 million (approx. SG$75-95 million) in at least 5 commercial Asian films, including Dangerous Liaisons and 1965 over the next three years.

Dangerous Liaisons movie theme song



Dangerous Liaisons, which boasts an A-list stars including Zhang Ziyi 章子怡, Jang Dong Gun 张东健 and Cecilia Cheung 张柏芝, has just opened in Singapore theatres yesterday on 11 October.

It is interesting to note that Singaporean singer, Cai Ai Jia 蔡艾珈, performed the theme song 爱来的太晚 for Dangerous Liaisons. She also attended the Beijing press conference in China last month on 26 September 2012.

About 1965
With a budget of S$3 million, 1965 is projected to begin in the mid 2012 and will be helmed by HomeComing director, Lee Thean-Jeen.

Homerun Asia has assembled some of Singapore’s best talents to be part of the creative team of ‘1965’. Renowned award-winning Singaporean music producers, brothers Lee Wei Song and Lee Si Song, will take charge of scoring the soundtrack of ‘1965’, while one of the most popular Singaporean singer, Stefanie Sun, has also agreed to sing the movie’s theme song.

Last year's ScreenSingapore 2011 saw a number of celebrated artistes like Tom Hanks, Korean actor Lee Byung Hun, ScreenSingapore Ambassador Zhang Ziyi, the cast from Mural, namely Yan Ni, Liu Yan, Xie Nan, Colin Chou and more!

Fans and supporters can look forward to this year's ScreenSingapore for this year's line up!
