Synopsis
Popular high school senior Tyler Williams lives in South Florida and comes from a suburban African-American family that`s led by a strict but well-meaning father who pushes him to the limit. Because of this, Tyler keeps his injury secret and continues to be part of his school`s wrestling team, resorting to stealing his father`s painkillers in order to keep the pain at bay. Things turn more complicated for him when his girlfriend, Alexia Lopez, tells him some troubling news.
