Synopsis
Winter in 1939, southern Shandong Province, railway workers Hong and Wang led a guerilla force active on the railway line. On a snowy night, Hong led a group of people, including Qi Lu and Lin Dong, to assassinate three senior Japanese officials, which enraged the Japanese army. Fujiwara, a senior Japanese agent, arrived discreetly and initiated an investigation. The railway squad and Fujiwara went head-to-head with rounds of hard battles, during which the railway squad sacrificed three members and Wang's undercover identity was revealed. At this time, a train carrying crucial Japanese armaments was about to pass by, and the railway squad chose to step up and fight against the enemy to death at this vital juncture.
