Synopsis
What happens to one person in Fukushima is part of a microcosm of what happens to thousands of others - not just one small objective North, but dozens of subjective ones.

Shrouded in gloom of the nuclear crisis, the film's narrator writes, "The dirty desires of some people have contaminated the lives of others."

An interactive film of sorts, Dozens of Norths questions the objectivity of a narrator, the participation of the viewer, and how our senses can be manipulated to experience the many aspects of reality. It reflects the unrestricted and uncontrolled nature of dreams while drawing on Dali's surrealist paintings, culminating in a chaotic stream of consciousness.

This screening is programmed with 2 short animations titled “Bird in the Peninsula” and “Anxious Body”.
