Synopsis
Shiino (NAGANO Mei) is an OL ('Office Lady'). One day, she watches the news and learns that her childhood friend, Mariko (Nao), has committed suicide. She abandons her job and hurries to Mariko's family home, where she snatches Mariko's urn from the father who had abused Mariko since young.
Remembering that Mariko wanted to go to Cape Marigaoga, Shiino goes on a road trip with the urn, tormented by guilt for not being able to help Mariko.
Just as Shiino decides to commit suicide as well, a girl calls out for her help. As Shiino processes her new emotions, she receives something unexpected from Mariko.
