Synopsis
MAKMUR is an Indonesian soldier who must leave his heavily pregnant wife, SARI, to go to war somewhere, defending the integrity of the nation. Makmur fights alongside other soldiers, SUPRA, FAJRUL, JAKA, and SOLAH. His strong desire to reunite with Sari enables Makmur and his friends to survive the battlefield. They bond deeply as lifelong friends. Upon returning home, Makmur reunites with Sari, who has given birth to their child, Cipluk. Makmur's friends also share in his happiness and are slightly envious of his extraordinary affection for his beautiful wife. However, the situation becomes uncomfortable when rumors circulate that Sari has actually passed away. The Sari living with them is a wandering spirit.
