Sydney's real talent lies in orchestrating scams, and treasure hunting is his latest obsession.
The oldest of the group, Nimalasiri, is a street vendor at the Sigiriya tourist strip, dealing in antiques and cultural artifacts. A self-taught expert in history, astrology, and folklore, he serves as thetroupe's unofficial creative director and the intellectual compass of their clandestine operation.
Chinthaka, the youthful performer often cast in female roles, balances his time between the folk dramaandhisdayjobasanannouncerforatravellingcircus.Withhischarmandgoldenvoice,he's also the village's go-to MC for weddings, funerals, and everything in between.
