Synopsis
It's a little while before Shinichi Kudo swallows that mysterious drug from the Black Organization and becomes “Edogawa Conan.” Back when he and his childhood friend Ran Mōri were still just that—friends, not yet a couple—the two of them are visiting Beika Aquarium. Their real reason for being there: scouting the perfect spot for “Operation Aquarium Surprise Reunion, Rekindle the Romance!”—a scheme to get Ran’s separated parents back together. But their carefree afternoon doesn’t last. Something feels off in the tense atmosphere rippling through the crowd ahead, and Shinichi knows immediately: something has happened. The moment he catches the scent of blood, he’s at the scene, using every sense he has to hunt down the culprit. The crimson high-school detective’s deduction drama begins! And beyond this case lies “another scouting trip” that connects to that fateful day…?!
