Synopsis
In 1995, a large armed robbery occurred in Guangdong which shocked the whole country. A bank cash truck was robbed by five armed robbers, causing a loss of $15 million and three bank's escorts were killed. The police set up a task force, led by Wang Shouyue (Lam Ka Tung) and He Lan (Zhang Songwen). However, they could not find the mastermind, Chen Xinwen (Da Peng), the owner of a construction company, and his cousin Chen Xinnian (Sun Yang). 21 years later, a usual video with a blurred figure rekindled Wang Shouyue’s hope of solving the case. The final showdown between good and evil begins…
