Synopsis
It has been eight years since Typhoon Morakot, the deadliest typhoon to impact Taiwan in recorded history, swept through Siaolin Village, Taiwan. It left 462 inhabitants dead, including Mr. Weng Jui-Chi's beloved family. Like the other 46 survivors, Weng struggles to face the recurrent nightmare after losing his family, tackling the regret and guilt of being left alone.
