Synopsis
War broke out in Numia. Zong Dawei (Zhang Yi), a Chinese diplomat previously stationed in Numia, and Cheng Lang (Wang Junkai), a new attaché in the Chinese Foreign Ministry, are sent to assist in the evacuation of citizens back to their home country.
