Synopsis
Star puppet master Pok Lee’s life is destroyed when his daughter Ayu is brutally murdered. While the rest of the village blames the wild crocodiles of the swamp, Pok Lee will not rest until he tracks down her murderer. Driven by grief, he digs up her body and carves out her skin from which he makes the most immaculate Sita Dewi puppet. However, his attempts to communicate with her in the story world of shadows are futile, until the arrival of young Dewi, who follows her mother to Pok Lee’s village. Shadows of stories and stories of shadows will come together to lead Pok Lee to a final showdown with the Crocodile Man.
