Synopsis
Mamangam is a historical action drama set in 1695. Against the backdrop of the journey of the legendary kalaripayattu of Kerala (The Indian Martial Art and the oldest martial art in the world) and the warriors of Valluvanad who fought against the Zamorin every 12 years during the world-renowned Mamangam festival, it tells the true story of their greatest true hero in 280 years of battle, 12-year old Chandunni and also the story of another unknown hero who did the impossible.
