Synopsis
Based on director Ryon Lee’s true story with his own mother. Si Nian moved from Hong Kong to Malaysia at a young age with his mother. Over the years, Si Nian's mother uses various excuses to leave him with his aunt and lie to him while she makes a living supporting the both of them. This causes a rift in their relationship and eventually leads to his decision to leave his mother and return to Hong Kong. 20 years later, Si Nian, married with a daughter, comes back to Malaysia to attend his aunt's funeral. Upon meeting his ill mother, he has to find the strength within him to reconcile his relationship with her.
