Synopsis
Shiva the Universal cop has left the police department and has returned to his home town. He is brought back in to resolve a crisis situation. Once the situation is handled, Shiva is requested to join the department by the Commissioner of police, but he refuses and walks away. When his former nemesis “P” kills his wife, Shiva is forced to rejoin the department and he vows to destroy P. How he fares in his mission is the rest of the movie.
