Netflix's 'Stranger Things' Renewed for Second Season!

Netflix's thriller 'Stranger Things' is all the rage right now. If you're a fan of this show (honestly, who isn't?!), you'll be excited to learn that a second season is in the pipeline! For those who have been trying to convince themselves to watch it, but didn't have a chance to do so, this is your time to binge watch the 8-parter series before the second season kicks in, in 2017.
The Duffer Brothers - Matt and Ross Duffer will continue to serve as writers, executive producers and directors of the science fiction horror series, along with Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen. Set in 1980s Indiana and is an homage to '80s pop culture, the plot for season one follows the disappearance of a young boy, and a telekinetic girl who helps his friends in their search, while the boy's older brother, mother, and the town police chief start their own investigations.
Stranger Things stars Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin and Natalia Dyer. No casting updates on the second season have been announced.
