Everyone knows that there is a mythical and unreleased version of the 2017 superhero flick “Justice League” which will finally be seen on Warner Media’s HBO Max in 2021. After years of trending tweets and shoutout from talents and fans, the studio behind the DC film will re-release the original director Zach Snyder’s cut of the film which included heroes-Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash, Cyborg and Superman on the same screen.
This news was announced by director Zack Snyder himself, during a live Q&A session with his fans. You can rest assured this is not a hoax as HBO Max published a tweet regarding the announcement.
For people that aren’t familiar with the situation, you might be confused as to why there is another version of an unreleased version of Justice League. Zack Snyder completely most of the work on Justice League in 2016 but he had to leave during post-production due to some family matters. To replace him, Warner Bros. brought in “The Avenger” helmer Joss Whedon to finish the job. With varying styles of the two directors, many fans believe Zack Snyder’s version of Justice League was envisioned to have a much darker element.
HBO Max is not available in our region but hopefully, they will release Zack Snyder's cut on HBO GO. Are you anticipating the release of Zack Snyder’s cut of Justice League? Let us know in the comments below!
