What a pleasant delight! Korean pop singer Park Jae Sung, better known by his stage name PSY, has just released his second version of "Gangnam Style" yesterday, and this time featuring 4Minute's Hyun-a!
This is easily a much more 'addictive' compared to the original Gangnam clip, all thanks to Hyun-a's sexy moves and unique vocals that simply makes you want to see and hear more of her in Gangnam Style! You'll get hooked up to the phrase 'Oppa Gangnam Style' and watch at least 2 times in a row and probably a lot more later! Watch both clips below!
'Gangnam Style - Hyun-a's Version' was discussed during the making of the music video for 'Gangnam Style', which by now, has over 29.8 million views in a month's time! Just not long ago, we expressed our surprise to see Hyun-a making appearance (from 2:10 min mark) in PSY's 'Gangnam Style'. With this second version, "Gangnam Style" is reborn with 'Oppa Is Just My Style' by Hyun-a!
So which one do you prefer? The original PSY version or Hyun-a's? Tell us via your actions on Facebook!
PSY's 'Gangnam Style' went super-viral since its release last month, on 15 July 2012 due to its highly entertaining music video featuring its catchy dance movies and rhythem. Singapore is not spared either! Apparently, quite a number of people have been affected and had post several versions of their dance moves up on youtube.
But there's one that caught our attention. - Singaporean Style (Gangnam Style Parody). The parody makes many local references in its lyrics, for example our multi-race country, SMRT (Singapore Mass Rapid Transport), PAP (People's Action Party), NDP (National Day Parade), Stomp etc.
Enjoying?
For starters, you might probably like to view this fan-made chart and practise the 4 main 'Gangnam Style' dance moves namely 'The Sunglasses', 'The Cowboy', 'The Horseback' and 'The Finish'. Complete your look with a bowtie which is highly recommended but not compulsory!
