Joker is officially the highest-grossing NC16 movie in Singapore, with box office takings of S$5,354,564 as of 22 October, beating Train To Busan’s final box office result of S$ 5,350,428.

The Clown Prince of Crime is certainly cackling all the way to the bank.

The controversy surrounding the film's violence did not dampen the audience's enthusiasm for the movie, neither here in Singapore nor in the US or globally.

Joker is fast on its way to becoming the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time at the global box office with $737.5 million in just 3 weeks of release. Deadpool currently holds that spot at $785 million.

Joker is still showing in cinemas. It is a film not to be missed.
