The new concept travel programme
Hashtag Travelog
is set to premiere on 9 December on Korea's largest pay TV channel, tvN Asia, which covers eight regions in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Hong Kong, and Taiwan)!
Hashtag Travelog
consists of four episodes featuring the popular Korean boy group CIX (members include BX, Yonghee, Seunghun, and Hyunsuk) and Malaysian stars Danny Koo and Jordan Sen as hosts. The programme is produced by CJ ENM of Korea and fully supported by the Macao Government Tourism Office, Hong Kong Tourism Board, and the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangdong Province.

In
Hashtag Travelog
, the four members of CIX embodying the sensibilities of the MZ generation and the essence of K-POP idols, will explore Hong Kong and Macao without any help from the production team. The members will discover hashtags on their own, upload self-made “check-in verification short videos (Reels),” and participate in surprise game challenges from the production team. By watching the Reels created by CIX, viewers will get a comprehensive view of popular spots in Hong Kong and Macao!
For the Guangdong segment, Malaysian stars Danny and Jordan, who are both singers and popular TV hosts, will also seek out trending hashtags to explore the vibrant city of Guangzhou and Jiangmen, visiting hot spots favored by the youth while taking on various game challenges to create well-crafted short videos that delve into the unique charm of these cities.
