Outdoor Movie Screening at The Great Eastern Women's Run!

The Great Eastern Women’s Run is back – bigger and better! To encourage stronger family bonds and friendship ties, this year’s launch is a family-themed carnival, along with a preview of the fringe activities that runners can look forward to.

Women who pre-registered for the launch can take part in the Live Great Fitness Fiesta, where there will be live demonstrations of the latest dance crazes in Singapore such as the Bokwa and Tahiti Dance. Instructors from True Fitness and Tahiti Dance and Fitness will be conducting the live demonstrations.

As a way for friends and family to show their love and support, a pledge board will be erected at Bishan Park, allowing them to pledge their support for their loved ones as the women take up the challenge of living healthier.

Always wanted to watch movies under the stars? There will also be an outdoor movie screening of Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted as dusk falls, as well as free flow of hotdog buns, candyfloss and popcorn!

Synopsis
Alex, Marty, Melman, and Gloria are still struggling to get home to New York. This time, their journey takes them to Europe where they are relentlessly pursued by the murderous Monaco-based French Animal Control officer Captain Chantel DuBois. As a means of getting passage to North America, the zoo animals purchase a failing traveling circus as they become close friends with the staff like Vitaly, Gia, and Stefano. Together, they spectacularly revitalize the business and along the way find themselves reconsidering where their true home really is.

Other exciting activities include a scrapbook making competition, where anyone can take photos at the photo booth, decorate them and pen motivational messages for the women they are supporting. Kids will be spoilt for choice with exciting activities such as face painting, balloon sculpting, and mini soccer with their dads.
