Chilli Crab, a Hot- Favourite Among Running Man Members!

Singapore’s local delicacy, the all-time favourite chilli crab is not only a hot favourite dish among Singaporeans, the sweet-spicy seafood is definitely well-loved by the five cast members of popular Korean variety hit show, Running Man.

Haha, who has been to Singapore for the 2nd time said, “Chilli Crab..... Awesome!”, proclaiming his love for this dish during the press conference held at W Hotel last Friday.

Together with their team members Ji Suk-Jin, Kang Gary, Kim Jong-Kook and Song Ji-Hyo, they arrived in Singapore last week for their very first fan meeting promotional tour, organised by Channel ONE and Watsons.

As it was Song Ji-Hyo’s first appearance with the team for their Running Man tour, the attention was definitely on her. Besides being the only female member of the team, she is also known as the ‘ace’ among the other cast members.

When asked about how she felt being the only female in the team, Song replied that she feels different being the only girl, but doesn’t think that the other members treat her differently.

‘Sparta’ Kim JongKook immediately cut in stating that she is very strong, and sometimes even stronger than the men in the show.

The highlight of the press conference went to the popular pseudo pair deemed as the ‘Monday Couple’ (Gary and Ji-Hyo). In one of the recent episodes, Gary gave a peck on Ji-Hyo’s cheek, which delighted fans of this couple.

“To make it simple, I think for that episode I was a little bit crazy,” Gary said.

His ‘partner’, Ji-Hyo hesitated for a while and shyly answered ‘To me, I think it was....good?”, to which prompted other members to stand up and cheer for her answer.

Suk-Jin, the oldest among the members thought that the Singapore would be a perfect place to film an episode here, with the backdrop of the Singapore Flyer.

As much as we hoped for the same, let’s keep our fingers crossed for all seven members (including Yoo Jae-Suk and Lee Kwang-Soo) to make a trip back to Singapore to complete a mission!
