If you've not heard of this interactive map experience, you definitely don't want to give this a miss.
The Google Chrome experiment was inspired by Peter Jackson's
The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug
and fans are able to view it on their desktop or mobile phones!
(Start your Middle-earth journey here!)
You can zoom in to explore the different locations (marked by circles) and when you click on each section of the map, it brings you to an interactive page where you can learn its history, the characters who inhabit there and a short description of that particular area.
It definitely brings the movie trilogy to life, coupled with familiar tunes and effects from the popular film sequels. Like it? Love it? Tell us what you hope to see next from the Google Chrome experiment!
