Teaser Poster for 'Filial Party' 《我是孝子》Unveiled!

Featuring an ensemble of well-known local artistes, upcoming local movie Filial Party《我是孝子》unveils its teaser poster!

The film is set to release on 8 May, in conjunction with Mother’s Day! Hit the jump for more!

Directed by Boris Boo, Filial Party 《我是孝子》 stars local actors like Christopher Lee, Mark Lee, Ann Kok, Ng, Hayley Woo, Guo Liang, Irene Ang, Liu Ling Ling, Jimmy Taenaka and Richard Low. The film also marks Ann Kok's movie debut role!

Filial Party revolves around a reality TV game show “I Am Filial”, to which the teaser poster is conceptualized closely to the set. Mark Lee plays the producer to the $1-million prize money TV game show where Christopher Lee, Ann Kok and Hayley Woo are the main contestants vying for the cash prize.

Directed by Boris Boo and scripted by Rebecca Leow, Filial Party is set in modern Singapore where reality TV game show “I Am Filial” has taken the nation by storm with its $1-million prize money pledged for the winner who portrays exceptional filial piety. After a few grueling and exciting elimination rounds, the show has produced three final contestants from very different backgrounds and each with different agendas for joining the contest. School security guard Beng (played by Christopher Lee), hotshot lawyer Yishuang (played by Ann Kok) and high school student Yoona will pull out all the stops to ensure that they will be the eventual winner.
