The Singapore Night Festival 2014 kicked off this past weekend with the theme ‘Bold and Beautiful’. Returning again on 29 and 30 August 2014, the much-anticipated Singapore Night Festival 2014 is set to transform our urban cityscape into a dazzling playground filled with unexpected surprises.
The Rom-Com Film Weekend will put all in the mood for love with screenings of quirky local romantic comedies.

The Rescuer Hero / Christopher Broe
This is a story about a lonely man who feels heroic when he saves his best friend, a stuffed monkey, from danger.
Zombies Saved My Cold Dead Heart / Erwin Nah
Euclid’s heart turned cold when the girl of his dreams left him. Enter Kristen, a closet romantic armed with a cavalier attitude towards love. The pair stumbles through an adventure of ordinary proportions and regular activities into love. Zombies Saved My Cold Dead Heart was selected for the 6th Singapore Short Film Festival and Urban Mediamakers Film Festival. The short film was also a silver winner at the JamFest Indie Film Festival.
Fullout the Musical / Daniel Ng
Fullout journeys into the heart of Singapore’s hip-hop dance culture. Jayden Tan is a young corporate drone. His partner, Mia, a university student, has recently been accepted into a dance club. As Mia prepares for the performance she has always dreamed of, Jayden finds Mia slipping away from him.
Good Morning 60 / Samantha Wee
Peter Pang has just turned 60, with a bleak outlook on life. He discovers Bhangra, a type of Indian dance, and develops a new-found zest for life. Through the magic of this dance, Peter attempts to rekindle the sparks of romance between him and his wife.
