One Big YG Family!

The weekend saw some of the biggest names in Kpop, including Big Bang, 2NE1, Psy, Epik High and Winner as they performed to sold-out crowds at the Singapore Indoor Stadium for the YG Family Concert Tour in Singapore!
During the press conference held at Resorts World Sentosa last Friday, all artistes from the company were present, with the exception of Psy and Seungri (Big Bang), due to a recent car accident he was involved in Korea. The emcee assured the media he was recovering well before the start of the conference.
Newest group to join the YG family is Winner, who debuted last month after winning a reality programme organised by the entertainment company. The 5-member group cited their most memorable experience since their debut to be now. “To be with all our YG seniors here in Singapore is very memorable,” said 20-year-old Kang Seung Yoon.
Dara from ladies group 2NE1 revealed she would like to take up acting in the future, just like fellow senior member Top, who appeared in various movies and dramas. Top immediately requested Dara to cry on the spot but the cheerful lad retaliated with “I would like to try out a kissing scene rather than a crying scene…. I want to try a kissing scene with Mithra Jin (Epik High).”
Also performing for the first time in Singapore is hip-hop trio Epik High who cheekily said they would like to collaborate with the boss of YG Entertainemnt. “I want to work with our CEO (Yang Hyuk Suk). It will be a rap and dance collaboration,” said Tablo.
