- The next Pirates of the Caribbean movie isn’t taking Keira Knightley with it On Stranger Tides, and they’ve replaced her with Penelope Cruz who was very pregnant the entire time they filmed it. So they’ll need new eye-candy. No problem. There be mermaids in these waters.
Disney has released a new
Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides
character poster, this time featuring a topless mermaid pressed up against a guy who looks well positioned to be the film’s Orlando Bloom substitute.
And here’s a previous Pirates poster released in the mermaid series. This one without the dude.
