Rising star Issac Dang lends his beautiful voice to ‘Rubbers’ themesong!

Dang, who once worked as a graphic designer in Singapore before he was talent-spotted, said that <忘了> marks his most challenging song to date!
To better bring out the emotions through his voice, Dang stood inside the recording studio for an hour as he recalls the times spent with his beloved 80-year-old grandmother whom he loved very much. While recording the song, he was remembered of the memories of his past relationship; the happiness and regrets in his journey.

Dang made his debut with Desmond Koh’s movie, Timeless Love in 2012 where he was approached by Koh at K Box, thanks to his unique, soulful voice. Since then, he has released a full-length album, two singles and was even awarded with the ‘Best New Artiste’ at the Singapore E-Awards 2014 earlier this year.
The Malaysian singer is now in Hong Kong for three months to prepare for his new album. Stay tuned to InCinemas for the debut of his music video!

Han Yew Kwang’s sex comedy, ‘Rubbers’ will debut at the Singapore International Film Festival on 12 December.

Director Han Yew Kwang wants Singaporeans to laugh more and have more sex. The three stories in Rubbers revolve round love, seduction and punishment. But enough about themes and theories; this is a funny film, seriously.
Han specialises in quirky comedies and here are some of the quirks: a suicidal magical realistic condom, a “Nordic” plumber, an egghead vendor of sexual apparatuses, and the best “sucker” in the world. Cue laughs (and lust) aplenty. Serious people are strongly cautioned, for this film contains indiscriminate hot situations, and fine local actors including Yeo Yann Yann in her most suggestive role yet.
