Stand By Me Doraemon was released in Japan earlier this year on 8 August and the movie topped the box office chart in Japan for 5 consecutive weeks! Singapore is the first country to release the movie outside of Japan!

Based on the actual manga series, Stand By Me Doraemon tells the story of how Doraemon pops up at Noby’s desk drawer one random afternoon and announces that he has been sent back in time by Nobita’s great-great-grandson to spare him the bad marriage and even worse future that awaits if someone does not take drastic measures.

Stand By Me Doraemon opens in local cinemas from 11 December 2014 onwards!
