'Mulan' is the Latest Disney Film to Get a Live-Action Remake!

Disney is set to make a live-action film out of another animated classic, the female warrior in 'Mulan'!

The animation movie 'Mulan' was first told in 1998 and grossed over US$300 million worldwide. There is no mention of the cast, but Chris Bender and J.C. Spink are producing the live-action film.

It seems like the trend for Disney to remake most (or all) of its animation classics, which some of the past films did score big at the box office such as the recent Disney's Cinderella and Disney's Maleficent. The cast list of the live-action Beauty and the Beast is also in the works which stars Emma Watson and Dan Stevens, slated to premiere in 2017. Jon Favreau's The Jungle Book, another Alice in Wonderland and Dumbo are also in the pipeline.
