Melissa McCarthy turns into an intimidating superior in new comedy,
'The Boss'
.
Playing the wealthiest woman in America, Darnell (McCarthy) is the boss from hell who demands too much from her mousy subordinate (Kristen Bell), but ends up moving in with her after her short stint in prison for insider trading. She may not be a multi-billionaire anymore, but she starts on her entrepreneurial comeback after spending some time with Bell's character's daughter. Emerging as the big boss once again, she decides to embark on a brownie empire journey.
Co-written by McCarthy and her husband cum director Ben Falcone, "The Boss" also stars Kristen Schaal, Kathy Bates, Cecily Strong, Peter Dinklage and Margo Martindale, and opens InCinemas 7 April 2016!
