Blue Man Group is Everything but Blue.

The futuristic-looking trio are literally the men in blue, who walk like baby T-rexs; goof around like mismatched peas in a pod; but enthrals with a burst of comedy, theatre, rock concert and dance party all rolled into one.
The award-winning production debuts its world tour in Singapore as part of the 25th anniversary celebration. It will play at the Marina Bay Sands theatre till 24th April, before heading to New Zealand, Philippines and China.

With the use of household items like water pipes, cereals and bananas, the Blue Man Group surprises by turning it to musical numbers and interactive pieces. The comedy that springs from a production like this is with the help of sporting audience members who clap, cheer and react to their physical comedy. As these men don’t speak a word on stage, their exaggerated actions and reactions creates an additional immersive audiovisual experience.
It is also one of the most humorous and unabashedly cheeky interaction with its audience. They publicly shame the late-comers (hint hint), present ‘unwanted’ marshmallow masterpieces and embarrass them with an overdose of awkwardness on stage - all done in good fun, of course.
Apart from being comedy actors, the trio are nothing short of talented performers. One of the highlights of the night, is when they perform a drum number with coloured water spewing out from their instruments in precise rhythmic beats, no less.
Blue Man Group easily turns any fun-depriving adult to a little kid with floating gigantic balls and a never-ending party streamers. Having said that, you will only be able to enjoy this ultimate fun play if you are seated at the stalls area, and till about row 'N'.
In all, the spectacular production creates experiences that defy categorisation, taking the audience on a journey that is funny, intelligent and visually stunning atmosphere. If anything, it’s definitely going to drive those blues away.
