Local films aside, how many films did you know feature Singapore? Some recent examples that came to mind include
‘Hitman: Agent 47’ (2015)
and
‘Independence Day: Resurgence’ (2016)
. However, it turns out that various films all over the world has been shot in Singapore since decades ago.
As part of the Singapore Art Week 2017, Asian Film Archive organises ‘State of Motion 2017: Through Stranger Eyes’. The programme includes a roving bus tour of five film locations in Singapore, film screenings, exhibition and talks.
