[Live Blog] Oscars 2017. Winners, Speeches and Performances!

- Oscars starts with Justin Timberlake opening with 'Can't Stop the Feeling'! 

[9:40] Mahershala Ali wins Best Supporting Actor for Moonlight!

[9:56] Ghostbusters and SNL star Kate McKinnon and Jason Bateman are up the stage presenting the 'Best Makeup and Costume' award. Who's going to win? 



[9:58] It's official guys, Suicide Squad is an OSCAR-winning picture. 

[10:01] And the Oscars goes to... Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find them! Collen Atwood has previously won for 'Chicago' 'Memoirs of a Geisha' and more! 

[10:07] The beautiful 'Hidden Figures' trio presents the Best Documentary award. They even get a standing ovation from just standing on stage!



[10:09] The one and only Katherine Johnson appears on stage with thunderous applause and tears!

[10:11] The Oscars for Best Documentary goes to 'O.J. Made in America'! 

[10:14] The Disney's Moana and Baywatch star croons a little tune on stage, before introducing the cast and producer for a performance of 'How Far I'll Go'! 

[10:20] Moana star Auli'i Cravalho all grown up... and aced the song. This lady will go far.

[10: 24] Sweeeeets dropping down in little parachutes! How cute is that! 





[10:27] Arrival wins its 1st award of the night... Best Sound Editing! 

[10:30] Hacksaw Ridge wins the Best Sound Mixing! 

[10:38] Everyone is up on their feet to congratulate the 8th Annual Governors Awards awardees.

[12:04] The 'it couple' Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone introduces John Legend to perform the two 'La La Land' Oscar-nominated songs!

[12:17] Best Original Song - City of Stars for La La Land! Justin Herwitz goes up on stage again for his 2nd award! 

[12:20] Jennifer Aniston introduces the 'In Memorium' segment, and not forgetting to mention fellow actor Bill Paxton who passed away yesterday. 

[12:21] Sara Bareilles sings the tribute segment, remembering those we lost in the past year. We sense tears in the room. "May the Force be with You"... 

[12:30] We love the bromance between Jimmy Kimmel and Matt Damon! Hilarious! We hope more of that comes along and even beyond the Oscars!

[12:33] Amy Adams goes up to present the 'Best Adapted Screenplay'.... And the awards goes to Moonlight!

[12:38] Kimmel is back with more snacks and goodies for his Oscars guests! Now it's doughnuts and cookies time! 



[12:43] The Best Director goes to Damien Chazelle! At 32 years old, he is the youngest director to win this award in Oscars history! "This movie is about love and I'm glad to find love while making this movie." 

[12:51] Casey Affleck bags the Best Actor award at the Academy Awards for 'Manchester By The Sea'! 

[12:58] La La Land star Emma Stone takes home her first Oscar award!  

[1:04] Finally! The last award of the evening - the Best Picture award! 

[1:09] La La Land wins its 7th award of the night... and the biggest award, the Best Picture award! We see Stone tearing up at the back!

[1:12] IT'S A MISTAKE: Moonlight wins Best Picture, not La La Land! What is happening OSCARS?! Oh no...

[1:13] Presenters were handed the wrong envelope. After much confusion, it's confirmed, Moonlight wins Best Picture, not La La Land. 



[1:16] "I knew I will screw this up. This is my last time hosting it" - Kimmel joked.
