John Wick Spin-off, ‘Ballerina’ finds its director

There is a new spin-off to add to the ‘John Wick’ universe - this time, the movie is centred on a young woman who is trained as both a female assassin and a ballerina to seek revenge against people who killed her family.

Apparently, this project has already been in the works since 2017, and now it looks like this green-lit project has found its director - Len Wisemen (Underworld). The film, written by John Wick: Chapter 3‘s Shay Hatten, revolves around the world of a female assassin. While there is no word yet on a potential release or whoever is playing the lead character, there is a lot of speculation over the upcoming film to be about the Ballet dancers that appeared in Chapter 3 - Parabellum.

Meanwhile, the next John Wick instalment is set to be released in 2021!
