Exciting Live Talk Show With Top Singapore Celebrities

Singapore’s leading media companies mm2 Entertainment and J Team are collaborating to present to you two extraordinary online events for this weekend’s Mother Day Special! There will be one special event on both Saturday and Sunday respectively. So stay tuned to see who will be making a special appearance!
 

Saturday, 9 May, 9:00 pm — ‘MONEY NO ENOUGH’ Facebook Live Talk Show

Singapore’s beloved and popular, actor cum director Jack Neo will be joined by seasoned comedian Mark Lee and Henry Thia in a Facebook live talk show to spill beans and juicy gossip on the production and behind-the-scenes details of the new Money No Enough movie.

The first Money No Enough was written by Jack Neo and starred Jack Neo, Mark Lee and Henry Thia. The film grossed SGD 5.9 million when it was released in 1998 and was Singapore highest-grossing local film for 15 years. Jack Neo directed Money No Enough 2 with the original main cast.

More information about the production of the new Money Not Enough will be released during the talk show on Jack Neo’s Facebook and AsiaOne’s Facebook.
 

Sunday, 10 May, 9:00 pm — ‘LONG LONG TIME AGO’ Mother’s Day Special Online Screening



To commemorate Mother’s Day, AsiaOne and Jack Neo will be streaming the 2016 film Long Long Time Ago 《我们的故事》. Long Long Time Ago is a 2016 film celebrating Singapore’s 50th birthday. The movie spans the early years of Singapore from 1965 to early 1970s. We follow the protagonist of the story, Zhao Di (plays by Aileen Tan), and her family as they journey through the years from Kampong to HDB, which parallels with Singapore’s early growth as a nation. With Zhao Di’s indomitable spirit, and with the help of her family, they went through adversities, witnessed the changes through the years, and accompanied every step of the nation’s growth in its early years.
