Airing its sixth season, the number one television series on HISTORY will bring viewers behind the doors of Las Vegas’ most popular pawn shop, complete with a colourful cast, intrinsic and historic objects, and of course the rowdy banter between the Harrison men that viewers have grown fond of.

Think you have what it takes to haggle for a good bargain pawning or selling an item? Put your skills and knowledge to the test with HISTORY’s ‘Pawn Star of the week’ contest and win fantastic prizes such as a Diana Mini Camera, a Pawn Stars stool and a retro Coca Cola cooler, amongst other fancy giveaways!
Each week, HISTORY will post a picture of an item (e.g. a rocking chair) on their Facebook Page and fans can make their guesses on the item’s pawn or sale value by commenting on the picture, and the correct or closest estimate wins.
The contest will run for six weeks from 7 May to 15 June 2012, in conjunction with the premiere of Season 6 of “Pawn Stars”. The American reality television series, which is the network’s highest rated show, chronicles the daily activities at the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop located in Las Vegas, and will air on 7 May, every Monday from 10pm onwards.
