Meet Tony Leung and director Wong Kar Wai at Marina Bay Sands on 23 Jan!

Fans will get the rare opportunity to get a glimpse of their favorite stars when Tony Leung 梁朝偉 and director Wong Kar Wai 王家衛 walk the red carpet tonight, 23 January in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. Find out more after the jump!

premiere of “The Grandmaster” at the Grand Theatre.

Wong Kar-wai's The Grandmaster is a Hong Kong-Chinese action drama film based on the life story of the Wing Chun grandmaster Ip Man. The film stars Hong Kong superstar, Tony Leung, and Chinese film actress and model, Zhang Ziyi.
The Grandmaster will be having its sneak previews in theatres this Friday (25 Jan) before officially opens on 31 January 2013.

highly-anticipated film, The Grandmaster, is the first Gala Premiere to be held at Marina Bay Sands Integrated
Resort.
The Grandmaster has been widely acclaimed by critics and well-known artistes in the film industry. It was also a big success at the Hong Kong box office, raking in US$2 million in 4 days, and US$28million in 7 days at the China box office.

- Famed Hong Kong actor Tony Leung has won nine Hong Kong Film Awards and
the Cannes Film Festival Best Actor award for his role in Wong Kar-wai's
2000 film “In the Mood for Love”. In The Grandmaster, he will be playing the role of “Ip Man”.
