The Greatest Showman World Premiere in New York

The stars and filmmakers of The Greatest Showman walked the red carpeted gangway of the luxury ocean liner The Queen Mary 2 in New York on Dec 8 for the World premiere screening of the film.

The event which was presented in partnership with Cunard and Swarovski took place at the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal in Brooklyn, New York.

The celebration for The Greatest Showman in New York City continued on Saturday, 9 December as director Michael Gracey and star Hugh Jackman were joined by lead cast – Zac Efron, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson and Keala Settle at the Empire State Building.

The honored guests were on hand to celebrate the Music-to-Light show where Keala Settle will perform This Is Me live while the world-famous Empire State Building illuminates New York City around her.

The cast and director toasted champagne and posed for photos in the snow high atop the iconic landmark that many consider to be the world’s most famous building and which is located in the heart of Manhattan.

The star-studded event was attended by Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Keala Settle, Paul Sparks, Yahya Abdul-Mateen, Sam Humphrey, Austyn Johnson, Cameron Seely, Skylar Dunn, Ellis Rubin, songwriters Benj Pasek & Justin Paul, Producer Laurence Mark, Producer Peter Chernin, Producer Jenno Topping, Producer Tonia Davis, Executive Producer Don Lee, Writer Jenny Bicks, Writer Bill Condon, Composer Joe Trapanese, Composer John Debney, and director Michael Gracey.

Synopsis
The Greatest Showman is a bold and original musical that celebrates the birth of show business and the sense of wonder we feel when dreams come to life. Inspired by the ambition and imagination of P.T. Barnum, The Greatest Showman tells the story of a visionary who rose from nothing to create a mesmerizing spectacle that became a worldwide sensation. “The Greatest Showman” is directed by exciting new filmmaker, Michael Gracey, with songs and lyrics by Academy Award® winners Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (“La La Land”) and starring Academy Award nominee Hugh Jackman. Jackman is joined by Zac Efron, Academy Award nominee Michelle Williams, Rebecca Ferguson and Zendaya.

The Grestest Showman is scheduled for release in Singapore on December 28, with special sneaks December 23 -25
